Welcome L.R. Green Families and Community Members,

We would like to extend a warm welcome to all of our L.R. Green families and community members! We hope this tool will provide you with valuable information about our school, the Escondido Union School District, as well as provide access to other websites and information for all students, parents, and community members.

We are anticipating another great year at L.R. Green Elementary School as we continue "Working Towards Universal Student Achievement" while "We're SOARing Above and Beyond". This year, the L. R. Green Elementary School community will be embracing the EUSD theme of "It begins with Me, It continues with Us!" Our students, staff, and parents are committed to work together to foster academic growth in all L.R. Green Elementary School students and to maintain a school environment which supports students academically, socially, and emotionally.

Our mission at L.R. Green Elementary School is to maximize every child's learning potential. We will promote the value of life-long learning, develop self-worth, maintain a high level of quality instruction, and transition students to become productive and responsible participants in society.

It is a privilege to work with such an outstanding group of educators, support staff, parents, hard working students, and community members as we continue with "Creating Excellence in Escondido's Public Schools".
