We are very exciting to share with you that we have a beautiful, new mural painted at the North Broadway Cafe. This work was inspired by our Nutrition Manager, Amanda Carrillo. She found a local artist to use the unique kitchen window design to create a food truck mural. Ms. Amanda and the NB team work to establish a cafe experience for our students. The food truck mural is part of creating a relaxing, pleasurable atmosphere for our students as they enjoy their meals.
TK/Kinder Family Picnic Day
Our TK/Kinder families had a great time during our PTA sponsored Family Picnic Day. Our students and families enjoyed a beautiful sunny day and learned about the amazing things PTA does for our school and community.

Come by the front of the school before the end of the school day tomorrow Friday, November 18th, this will be your last chance to claim your items. All non-collected items will be donated after school that day.

Today our Broncos went to the NB Farmer's Market sponsored by Food 4 Thought, Inc. and the EUSD Nutrition Dept. Students learned about organic vs. nonorganic, how climate affects crops and spent Bronco money. They shopped and took home the fresh produce from the Market.
San Diego Helpful Honda visited North Broadway today! Each one of our Broncos selected a new, free book. The smiles on our students' faces were priceless. Thank you to the local dealers and community members who supported literacy and the love of reading for our students.

The NB PTA Bronco Kick Off event was a huge success! Families mingled, played games and enjoyed time together as a school community. We also were able to connect another 90+ families to the EUSD app & Rooms. We look forward to many more family engagement events this school year!
