As we enter the season of giving, L.R. Green has begun its annual Holiday Food Drive. We are requesting non-perishable store bought food items to support families in our L.R. Green community for distribution prior to winter break. Your generosity and kindness helps create a warm holiday season.

The LR Green Educational Foundation is holding its November restaurant night fundraiser on the 15th of November, at Red Robin located at 200 Via Rancho Parkway, Escondido from 4:00 to 8:00 pm. The foundation will receive a percent of all event sales. Thank you in advance for your support.

Just a reminder, Friday, November 17th is a minimum day - students will be released at 12:20 pm. We hope you enjoy your Thanksgiving Recess from November 20th to November 24th.

LRG Important Reminders: No School on Friday, 11/10 - Veteran's Day holiday 11/17 Student Minimum Day, dismissal is at 12:20 for all students TK - 5th grade No School Nov 20-24, Thanksgiving Break. Classes resume on Monday, November 27, 2023.

Just a reminder, L.R. Green's 2nd Annual Trunk or Treat/Movie event is set for Thursday, October 26th beginning at 5:00 pm. Presale tickets will be sold before and after school for $1 or you can purchase for $2 at the door. We look forward to seeing all of you on Thursday for this safe Halloween event.

The LR Green Educational Foundation is holding its October restaurant night fundraiser on the 12th of October, at Board & Brew located at 1354 West Valley Parkway, Escondido from 3:00 to 9:00 pm. The foundation will receive 20% of all event sales. Thank you in advance for your support.

Hello L.R. Green Families, You are all invited to a workshop regarding partnering with school staff for student success and the importance of school attendance. The workshop is in collaboration with Bear Valley Middle School and will be held on Friday, September 29th at 8:30 am in the Bear Valley library. We hope you all take advantage of hearing this important information.

Tomorrow, 9/21/23, the L.R. Green Educational Foundation will hold its annual BINGO for Books event. We invite all Griffin families to attend in our MPR. BINGO cards will be sold in packs of five for $2.00 with the first game beginning at 5:20pm. Food trucks selling tacos, pizza and Kona Ice will be available. We hope to see you all on Thursday night.
